At Kleinfeld Again, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that final sale items and customized bridal accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
