The skirt of this dress is made of 7 different sheer layers, which together are not sheer but create an ethereal look, especially in the sunlight or lighted dancefloor. The top is a beautifully constructed corset which is extremely flattering while also very comfortable. Some versions of the dress come with a sheer top, this top is not sheer. The seamstress who made small alterations to my dress said it was the most beautifully constructed dress she had ever worked on. This is an absolute dream dress and I can't imagine wearing anything else on my wedding day. It can make another bride feel as beautiful.
