Flange ballgown w/halter

Beautiful fog blue gown, worn in 2019. The dress features a flattering bodice with a unique halter/T-back and buttons the length of the train. Purchase size was 14, but the dress was taken in approximately one size and was shortened about 3 inches. A modesty panel was added to the deep V-neck, but can be easily removed without damaging the dress. I am 5'5" and wore a low 2 inch heel at my wedding, the dress hung to the ground. I had no issues moving around or dancing and was comfortable for hours.
